The new management truly seems to care about its residents as they are responsive and taking care of issues in a timely manner. A great apartment community to live in that is well located close to campus.

The complex was supposed to be opened on August 1st, half the apartments weren't complete until nearly september. They totally rushed to complete the buildings: paint splattered on the floor, concrete floor not sealed (the stain is rubbing off leaving
gray patches), certain parts of door frames and base boards not painted at all (when asked, I was informed that they wouldn't come back to fix any painting issues so I bought white paint and did it myself), concrete stain on the refrigerator and oven, etc. Our lease states that it is a gated complex and that cable/internet is provided. We weren't able to set up our cable/internet until after a month and were given no refunds (only horrible Verizon hot spots that weren't sufficient for the amount of people using them and timed out every half hour) and the gate didn't start being functional until mid October. The only upside to this place is that I can get to school in two minutes.

This is the properties first complex that they have managed. The apartments were supposed to be completed this summer but construction is still going on at the site. The apartments were not ready to move in but management still moved everyone in and we
were held responsible for any short comings. Things that were listed to be included in our rent are not available, yet we still had to pay a full months rent for every month. The units are not finished. Everything was rushed. After speaking with my neighbors, I have learned that I am not the only one who has encountered issues from this NEW complex. The front office will seem friendly until you sign your name on the dotted line and they have you locked in to your lease. You as the tenant will be held liable for everything!!!!! Maintenance takes forever and they do not believe in making the tenants feel at home and happy. No matter what, you are wrong. DO NOT SIGN YOUR LIFE OVER TO THEM! If I had to do things over again, I would not live here.
