Do not rent this apartment. The management team thinks only about your money. They discriminate against disabled people who have service dog. They charge a $300 dollar "clean fee" for service dog, which is against the State Laws and ADA regulations. When
we pointed it out, their reply is "sue us, someone sued us before, but we won." This apartment also charges unreasonable fee when you move out. Even if you have thoroughly cleaned everything, they still find excuse to charge you. If you want to complain, you will find only the clueless front desk and a manager who is always "in a meeting" or "at another place." Good luck to you if you still want to live in such terrible apartment.

The Ridge is definitely NOT resident-friendly, definitely NOT disability-friendly, and definitely NOT pet-friendly. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.
1. Unfair Move-Out Charges: Despite thoroughly cleaning our
apartment for two days before move-out (much cleaner than it was when we moved in), we were still hit with a high cleaning fee. Comparing experiences with other former residents revealed a pattern: no matter how perfectly you clean, you'll be charged anyway.
2. Bad Maintenance: (1) We had a leak that wasn't fixed for over a month. (2) The cheap window blinds broke from the sunlight. We were told to pay for replacements out-of-pocket. When we waited until move-out, we were even charged an unreasonable fee - double the initial quote. Other residents reported similar experiences with unreasonable blind replacement charges.
3. Poor Communication: Since 2022, email communication has been virtually non-existent, forcing residents to visit the leasing office in person. However, their limited office hours make this challenging for most working residents. Even when you manage to speak with front desk staff, they defer all decisions to an eternally unavailable manager who oversees multiple properties.
4. Service Dog Discrimination: Despite providing all necessary documentation for my service dog and engaging in countless communications over six months, including legal consultations and relevant resources. They ignored my emails or told me to "Sue me if you can" or "Leave my office." This treatment is unacceptable and the charge is illegal.
Before signing a lease, please consider these issues and also read other reviews carefully. You might think you won't face problems without a service dog or disability, but The Ridge is an old property with frequent maintenance issues. Move-out day will come eventually. You may find yourself their next victim.

I moved in, and the apartment supposedly had "deep cleaning" service done, but there was a thick layer of dust literally EVERYWHERE. First of all, the carpet had a weird smell, and it was super dusty (I could see dust jumping off the carpet every time I
walked). I had to vacuum the house 5 times, and there is still dust left. Spider webs were intact in corners of the house, thick layer of dark dust was on top of the window frame, door, door frame, and the blinds too. Not to mention that there was a disgusting mold behind the toilet cover, and the faucet for the bath tub and the sink was still dirty. I was coughing and sneezing like crazy, so I asked the front office to please clean the apartment again if possible, and the lady said she'll contact the manager and give us a call back later that day, but it has been almost a week now, and there has been no call or update on when the cleaning people will come in. I already put my furniture down in their place, so I don't know how much inconvenience it would cause when they come in to clean the house.

I really love it here. I don't have to worry about a bunch of parties and for the price I get cable and internet.

Great place to live. I have had few problems and the ones I did have were dealt with very quickly. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend living here to any one.
