I moved in here this previous semester and it is very convenient location wise! Super close to the night life, and classes if you are in person! Loved the floorplan and how quiet the overall apartments were. They do allow pups which is very nice. The only thing I had a problem with was the neighbors above me. Seemed like they were always were stomping their feet - after a notice to management (a few times unfortunately) it seemed to stop which I was very grateful for considering I am a full time student. The Warehouse and Factory was recommended to me at the last minute as I was looking for a place to live. It was an easy application and they gave me two months of free rent. The rooms are very spacious and kitchen has everything you would need. The pantry is relatively small but plenty of other storage. The staff can be a little hard to work with but they are nice people and can be understanding, especially during this pandemic. Compared to the other apartments in the area, if you want a quiet living experience, this apartment is great. The only thing it is lacking is exterior amenities and recreation areas when compared to The Standard and other similarly priced apartments. ...
