(1/5) I had the misfortune of living in this apartment complex, and I can’t stress enough how awful it was. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of a disaster. Maintenance/Cleanliness: The maintenance here is a joke. When I first moved in, I had issues with a leaky faucet and a malfunctioning heater. I reported these problems multiple times, and they were never fixed properly or we had to wait months to have them addressed. The apartment itself was filthy when I arrived. The floors hadn’t been cleaned, and there were grime and stains on the walls. I had to spend an entire day scrubbing the place just to make it somewhat livable. Even then, the level of cleanliness remained unacceptable throughout my stay.There were holes in the carpet, stains everywhere, and a greasy kitchen. The laundry room was a fire waiting to happen. Management: The management and employees here is rude and unprofessional. Whenever I tried to address issues, I was met with indifference and condescension. They never responded to emails or phone calls in a timely manner, and when they did, their solutions were ineffective. We never resigned our lease, we even called and emailed the office that we would be leaving the apartment in March but would continue to pay till July. Now they claim that we signed a new lease in July and have to buy out the lease. I have been calling for weeks to figure out what is happening, and I can not get anyone to return my phone calls. This is the worst-managed and most unprofessional property! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! ...

The Woodlands are a great apartment complex to live off campus. They are very accommodating, have very nice and maintained amenities and the social interactions and gathering they hold are very fun. There are shuttles that take you to the bus stop which is nice on those cold and rainy days. There are also a wide variety of apartment types that accommodate any living situation and they also allow pets! ...

It was a good stay for college. The kitchen layout for the four bedroom four bathroom was a bit small for more than two people at a time. the rooms were good in my opinion. I would say i wish the floors were thicker as you can hear the upstairs people walking. ...
