I do not suggest moving into this complex. The units are extremely old and have been poorly up kept. They have painted in the last year, that is a plus. The rent seems low, but remember you get what you pay for. Some of the tenants are questionable. And the neighborhood, well drive around at night and if you see a police officer ask him/her why you should not live in that community. I rented from summer '07 through summer '08. ...
