Steer clear of this place. My living experience at Bent Tree was a nightmare. My neighbors were constantly blaring loud music at all hours of the night. My apartment had roaches, hornets, mold, leaks, and the doors and cabinets were literally falling off the hinges. The toilet was covered in dirt and rust. My air conditioner would break down every few months. Maintenance does not respond in a timely manner – it took them over a year to patch up a ceiling leak. By then the ceiling had almost caved in, and the area was covered in mold. Management is incredibly rude and condescending. When I had maintenance requests (which were often), they would avoid addressing my concerns. This was an incredibly stressful living experience, to the point that I would dread coming home. And I’m still waiting for my deposit refund, which was owed to me over a month ago. I rented from winter '08 through summer 11. ...

my car has been broken into several times. water is constantly being turned off. stray cats are everywhere. I rented from fall '06 through fall '07.

these apartments have incompetent leasing agents. they have no idea what is going on with your account. they are disorganized and unprofessional. do not move here. it is not worth the hassle. I rented from winter '07 through spring '08.
