This apartment is a slum. Do not rent here. The AC does not work. Hot water stays on for like 2 mins then goes to cold. When it rains, it rains inside the apartment from the ceiling, and I am on the FIRST floor. As I write this, my ac is broken and its like 88 degrees outside. I would rather live under a bridge than here. The toilets back up and you walk in your own waste. And keep you windows locked cause I've been broken into 3 times and mugged once. I rented from fall '06 through summer '07. ...
