The new owner and management wants after being a tenant for 5 years, gone through 5 different groups of management. My rent is increasing after paying my rent on time each month for 5 yrars, and a rent increase is for $143 over my rent now, is this because of recession, Please! The grounds are dirty & ugly. No grass in a lot of areas, and Dog Poop everywhere, not cleaned in a responsible time frame. Some people drive like the Indy 500 face track. And because of their increase I wanted newer. Not always breaking down appliances, I was basically give an eviction notice not to renew my lease! Which I am not renwing, and stay away from Asst. Manager Holli. Very rude, rarely smiles are talks to you as a human being. The leasing rep 5 years ago was Mary Olivo. She later became Manager through previous owner of complex. Mrs. Olivo did a great job while she was in charge. So good luck. Even foundation is my building alone is awful, I have to tape my door to keep wind & cold air out of my apt. I have lived here since November 2018. I get there is inflation but if you plan on raising my rent over $100 then I demand the amenities be worth that price. For two summers the back pool hasn’t been usable and honestly this year isn’t looking any better. If you are only going to have one pool be functioning then make sure the pool is clean!!!!!!
