I love the staff and the complex it's an awesome community, Sequoia is very involved with the residents and always pushing to make it a better place to live, we have security available to assist as much with the residents.... I love it... we are very family oriented I would reccommend anyone to live it... It is so awesome! I rented from winter '08 through winter 10. ...

As a service member, I wanted something in close vicinity to my work, but far enough from the usual areas that form around military bases (i.e. bad neighborhoods). Sequoia Cable ranch is located in that not too far/but not too close area. The employees there are exceptionally helpful and pleasant, and always greet you with a smile. They guide you step by step through the initial leasing procedures, explaining every paragraph in laymen’s terms, and do a first-rate job of making sure you completely understand the leasing documents and regulations of the property. The property is, in my opinion, one of the more upscale and family oriented apartment complexes in San Antonio. I’ve never had a problem with loud or disrespectful neighbors, as the majority of the residents are families or military members. The property is very well maintained and protected. They have 24 hr security guards patrolling the area, as well as a gate guard at the entrance. All and all, I’d have to say living at Sequoia has been a pleasure and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful living environment with a great community! Oh, and they have exquisite complimentary sweet tea in the office! I rented from winter '09 through spring 10. ...

I personally love living in these apartments, all of the workser are so active and caring. If i had to choose again i'd for sure pick sequoia for my place. it's like when u walk in the main office you already feel home!! I rented from summer '08 through summer 10. ...
