I think the overall atmosphere is a nice and fun living experience. With the nice staff and how close it is to campus I find it an enjoyable place to live. Since they have a shuttle it’s also very easy to make it to school without driving.

WORST PLACE EVER!! they will steal your money. you will not get a deposit back. when i moved in the place was filthy. the management is AWFUL! the walls are paper thin and you can literally hear your up or downstairs neighbors conversations... no joke! if you want to live near campus choose the maverick apartments or the reserves. I rented from fall '07 through summer '08. ...

The management is so rude and plays favorites! If you every call and complain about anything they blacklist you for the rest of your stay-this has happened to several people I know! I rented from fall '05 through spring '08.

If you want to live near school its a plus. You'l have your own bathroom. But if you want to live by your self than dont I rented from fall '06 through winter '07.
