the managers and property managers are no good, they give you the run around and dont return your phone calls, maintenance dont want to fix anything or atleast go to the apartment and attempt to fix stuff. i had mold, and they painted over it, my bathtub is rough and plastered wrong, its been done 3 times, toilet wont flush unless you flush it 3 times or more....and its not quiet, i have noisy neighbors that dont respect your privacy or the fact that you work too. I rented from fall '08 through fall '08. ...
