Tenants dont report it it management because they will ignore it or deny t even happen to prevent loosing their bonus for the year. Theives often return and breakin and or steal the same vehicles repeatedly. They dont stop at just the tenants cars the theives will break-into or steal vistors cars. This can be very hard on the tenant in terms if getting friends, caregivers and family to visit you at this complex. The complex is not what they tell you are advertised. Renters Beware!!! The amenities advertised are Not accurate....poor quality or not working. ...

The complex has monthly car theftband vandalism. Vehicle s are broke in every month 2-3 cars ir trucks. Trucks are stilen and rims are stolen off cars. They dont have the amenities they claim they have. And the management always charging the seniors for things the complex is suppose provide...like light bulbs ...8+ years blinds that become warped and brittle from sun damage...the blinds are low grade cheap blinds so they dont hold up to sunbor touch....the gate is entry and exit gates are broke most of the time and theives enter as they please...the complex code gates that never lock....you should be careful to not park your car here for long are it can be damaged even in the daytime. The managers that are hired do not concerned themselves with your safety and you loosing money on car theft and vandalism cost to the tenant are vistors..vehicles. If you go to your car at night ot is not safe...you can be hurt are see someone breaking into a car. carprt is not changed out until 10 years are more and after many complaints. Breezeways near elevateror has water in front of it when it rains so you can slip down..young males are often seen jumping over the wooded fence on the perimeters. The wash room only has one working machine and dryer but they love to raise your rent. For some seniors this has resulted in liitle are no money to buy food are medicine. This is scary!!! This not what you will be told when you come to see an apartment What you will loose money in many ways. This is my most honest opinion of this complex....it is best to have somw one to check on you often for your safety if you choose to make this place you home. Theives have targeted this complex as a quick way to get money on a monthly basis. Note: When something major breaks they seem to always find something to charge the tenants for....like light bulbs or blinds with minor damage that is 8+ years old. ...
