The views are great and the community is firendly, But the heat doesn't work, and the AC is out half the time. Roaches are running about even if you keep a tidy place. On top of that the water sometimes is rusty, and the weight room is unairconditioned and half the equipment doesn't work . . Oh yeah, the pool was supposed to be heated. We were excited at first, but as you can tell once you live in a place you notice its imperfections. The building needs lots of love! It is a great location and could be what it once was. The problem is that the owners it seems have never put anything back into the building. Tragic! I would have stayed if things changed! I rented from fall '05 through summer '08. ...
