Management of Seatree, worse apartment managers I have ever come across. They are hell bent on making money the nasty way.

Write every little issue you on walk thru, because you will get charge for it. Don't keep pets, because they will be trapped and sent to animal control if outside unattended... including cats. Water bill ridiculous (rated 18 per person). Expect rude behavior from the management after you move in. ...
