I am a resident at Signature Point Apartments and I have got to say that I am very disappointed with living here. The property looks nice but maintenance is hard to get and there is not adequate parking. The resident "courtesy officer" has a terrible attitude. Vandalism and theft of vehicles is a problem. Alarms are being activated at least once every night. The leasing office is rude and unhelpful. There are a lot of young people here and the noise at night of squealing tires, music and breaking bottles is obnoxious. There are nonresidents who wait here for people to come home, sitting on the stairs smoking pot and drinking from bottles in bags. There is a walking trail but it is a quagmire of mud. The weight room is poorly maintained and in the equipment is in disrepair. I rented from fall '06 through spring '07. ...
