My truck and trailer with furniture was towed while I was trying to move out from this place! They pretty much robbed me at gun point to get my truck and trailer back $700! Poor construction, really thin doors never stayed aligned, huge cracks in the floor, crooked walls, thin walls, could always here my neighbors always smelled cigarette smoke through the walls too. So my apt smelled like smoke when I never smoked in it. I rented from summer '09 through fall '09. ...

This is the worst I have ever been treated, there is no lack of self esteem in the office. If you come here are there should be any kind of problem do everything you know to do before asking the staff. And make sure what they show you is in the lease before signing, I was shown a quiet place in the middle of the complex and got a cozy unit 75 feet from the freeway. I've been towed for not having a sticker I was never given, my door is inch away from the jam. The walls and cielings are have more obvious patches than a clowns vest. You can do better, I'm sure. I rented from winter 10 through winter '08. ...

These people are jerks, please don't rent here. They wait till the last minute to make any repairs if even at all. Constant solicitation. Have seen police here many times. There has been more than one shooting. Several break-ins. Rediculous rent increases. Plus they tow like freaking crazy. There is clearly not enough parking, designated "vistitor parking" is always full often times the whole complex is full. So your guest will without a doubt be towed, and you will if you park on the curb. So unless you don't ever expect visitors, or don't mind parking on the freeway when there's no spaces available, don't look here! I rented from fall '08 through spring '09. ...
