Very quiet, not a lot of noise. Entrances and exits to the apartment consist of keypad entries and key fobs assigned to each apartment tenant. Mailboxes are locker style and all in one place, next to the office. 24/7 (except during pandemic, then it is open when the office is open), and a business center (computer and printer) are located in the office. Luxurious pool along with great grills to use for BBQing on a summer day. The apartments themselves are very nice and affordable, especially with roommates. The location is very ideal as it is right across from a plaza that consists of Krogers, CVS, Mcdonalds, Taco Bell, nail salon, even a barber shop. Along the road that Augusta Meadows is on, Kuykendahl, there are so many businesses that are available. There are food places like Fangs Cafe, Jade Palance, Aki Ramen, Tropical Cafe, Dominos, Pizza Hut, and so many more. The ones I've named are just ones I have personally been to! Even more convenient is Augusta Meadows is near the Woodlands mall AND Grand Parkway Marketplace. Not only is there so many food options, so many shopping options, there are also two main highways/freeways near Augusta Meadows too. In one direction, there is the Grand Parkway, Highway 99. In the other direction, there's Woodlands parkway. Augusta Meadows really is the perfect location for a college student looking to attend any of Lonestar's campuses, whether it's the Woodlands location, the Montgomery location, or even the University Park location. Other than Lone Star College, other high education options are near too, like the University of Houston and Texas Southern University's Northwest campus. ...
