First my refrigerator goes out, then this. Took forever for them to replace my nice refrigerator with a smaller wobbly refrigerator.. thanks Roger for personally seeing to it. Now my ac has been out since September 6th. I constantly have to put in maintenance requests.. just to have it temporarily resolved for a day or two, just to have it not working again for a week, the very next day.. me and my family are not happy after just renewing our lease (which was a nightmare to have done through their new system). I’ve lived here for almost 5 years and never had so many issues, other then the elevator constantly being out of order, ever since the new owner ship and management.. it’s been one problem after the next. They say it’s fixed, close out the maintenance request and then you end up with the same issue the very same week. I’ve spoken multiple times with management and just get gaslighted with “it will be fixed”. Or “I’ll personally see to it and deliver you a new one by the end of today.” The cost of rent here, and this is the “luxury” they fail to advertise. ...
