Lived in this complex for 5 years. After being bought by a new company, they started extensive “renovations” that I would equate to putting lipstick on a pig. It’s still a pig but with crazy increases in the rent. I moved to a newer unit that received renovations. Doorknobs and kitchen cabinets fell off on their own. The kitchen counters were not sealed properly so stained very easily. The bathtub varnish peeled within months. After my move out, charging me $110 to screw the kitchen cabinets back on is incredibly shady. I submitted multiple maintenance requests that would go ignored and the maintenance guy told me it was “normal”. The only positive I would list is that it was family friendly and I got along well with my neighbors. We had a nice little community amongst our kids. Horrible management and maintenance leaves much to be desired. ...

Anything that can go wrong or break or be stolen, you best guarantee yourself it will be wrong, broke, or stolen. Any repairs/maintenance you need? Nope, good luck! Your mail will be stolen as the mailboxes have been broken for years at this point. Packages will be stolen from your front doorstep somehow within 30 minutes of delivery. If you have a car, don't leave any valuables in it, and if you own a Kia, I suggest you get some physical device to prevent theft as the gates are always broken, and I know of one resident who has had her car stolen at least twice. I've seen broken glass in the parking lot for months after hearing about this. When you read reviews for a Summit at Henderson Pass, read them with a grain of salt as the apartment complex has been known to exchange gift cards for fraudulent 5 star reviews. Always sort by lowest, and always check newest reviews as well. Many 5 star reviews with no actual content will stay up, however even my own legitimate 1 star review has been taken off Google. It is obvious they are abusing the system. I have had many many problems in the past few years I've been here, and it's hard to get out. I've been essentially stuck here financially due to this place, I highly suggest turning the other way. Any property managed by Redstone should be avoided. ...
