My experience was okay. My roommate and I had roaches when we first moved in. By move-out, we discovered there was a wasp nest within our couch which was there before we moved in. I would not recommend living here to any future students.

Overall the Reserve is not a terrible place to live, but it takes forever for amenities to get fixed around the apartment even when you have already submitted a request. Also the basketball rim has been broken for months now and has yet to be fixed. But despite this the staff is awesome and I plan on extending my lease. ...

PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!! IT IS SO DIRTY AND NASTY THE FLOORS ARE ALL STAINED...I HAVE SEEN ROACHES AND SCORPIONS...IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE AND THEY WAY YOU ARE LIVING YOU WOULD CHOOSE ANOTHER PLEASE TO STAY. I rented from fall 10 through spring 11.

Terrible place to live! There have been shootings, break-ins, assaults, and robberies! The staff is rude and the fixtures are cheap. Very low quality fixtures. Walls are paper thin! For the high price of rent, this place is a total rip off. I rented from fall '09 through summer 11. ...

The apartments were new, furnished, smaller bedrooms. Maintenance guys were great and helpful! Parking was good on the average. College oriented. Noisy, party scene on the weekends. New management needed. They charge you for anything. Inexperienced and unorganized. Security went from 6 guards a night to only 1. Wasn't surprising to see cops at the complex. Note: If anyone in your apartment has a pet, even if it's not yours and you report it to the office, they will charge you for a cleaning fee when you move out anyway. Management is frivolous with charges and doesn't care whose pet it was. Idiots. I rented from fall '07 through fall '08. ...
