Bedrooms too small to be functional, noisy, maintenance requests hard to get, place in bad shape, covered parking garage has criminal activity like vehicle vandalish, robbery, slashing tires, stolen bikes, drugs, no security. Owner lives on site but never available for service. Emergency situations, owner will not call cops or fire department. Once a stranger/visitor had to call the fire department/cops because of owner's failure to do so. Deteoriation has taken over and owners just keep renting out and no upkeep, very bad leaks (not minor), natsy carpets, pests, in a state of disaster. I rented from fall '03 through summer '07. ...

covered parking, washer and dryer in apartment, very close to A&M and northgate, NO criminal activity in 10 years, small managers and owner will know your name, they also have 3 bedroom 2 bath I rented from fall '03 through spring '08.
