My experience so far has been wonderful. The staff are all so nice and welcoming. University Trails also has a ton of resident events, and Taco Tuesday is a must! The pool, two volleyball courts, and full basketball court is a huge plus too!

Overall great place after the construction was completed on Luther St. and the homicide/ suicide that top place in the apartment below me. Mail and packages occasionally delayed due to being misplaced. chose the complex due to location, beautiful pool, and gated community. Close enough to walk to every home game and tailgate. Can't beat that for the price of a shared unit and individual bathroom ! ...

The staff in the office at University Trails is amazing and so kind!! However, when I signed I was told I would be entering brand new renovations I moved in and they were not and it took almost 3 months to receive any and when they were installed the new dishwasher was not installed correctly. The maintenance is very stressful and slow to get things done. ...
