The entire complex is extremely safe and they have been so amazing. Utilities are included as well as the apartment is fully furnished. The apartment also has a juliet balcony. They are pet friendly, have unlimited printing, computer labs, private study rooms, a theatre you can schedule for you and your friends, a pool, an art studio, and a gym. My apartment is directly from me i own the studio unit, as well as on the first floor for easy move in. The apartment complex is .5 miles from UNT campus and a very easy safe walk.
