You can easily, easily find larger apartments for the same amount of rent in Denton. Since new management took over in January of 2008, these apartments have gone completely downhill. I know several dissatisfied renters and would NOT recommend these apartments. I rented from summer '07 through summer '08. ...

These apartments are great for first time renters. They are very quiet and safe. Maintence is wonderful they come the same day you call them. They are a little pricey but when you see the community you will know why. The only really bad thing is parking but if you've ever lived in apartments then you'll know parking is bad everywhere.
