after my first lease expired the office team told me i could have my carpet cleaned free if i renewed my lease . for reasons i will not go into i decided to renew for another year . what a mistake that was, first of all the carpet company did not remove all the soap from the carpet . after many complaints and about six months later still had soap in the carpet . its bad when you can spill a glass of water and make soap suds .now almost thirteen months later i am getting charged for new carpet. what a scam ! during my time at paces crossings four cars were stolen from the parling lot , at least twenty were broken into ,and mine was vandalized to tune of about five thousand dollars .i think there was even a rape of a young lady . all this happened with their so called on site security team . with all the crime and bad management you can save a ton of money and rent a hole somewhere in cement city or ant other local ghetto , sad to say but you and your car will be safer . I rented from fall '05 through fall '07. ...

my apt had old carpet when i moved in and was charged to replace it when i moved out .what a scam ... stay away if you value your time and money I rented from spring '05 through spring '07.
