With six spacious floor plans, The Ballpark North is an economical, eclectic option for any student looking for an effortless transition. We offer private or shared bathrooms and each bedroom provides a full-sized bed (mattress and bed frame are provided), dresser, desk and desk chair. The living room boasts a couch, loveseat, end table, coffee table and entertainment stand. Dining rooms are equipped with a dining table and chairs. Cable with HBO, internet, and trash pickup are also included in each student’s rent
It is important to us to help our student residents by not only keeping them healthy with a fully-loaded 24/7 fitness center, but also to create a relaxing space equipped with billiards, lounge areas, and a resort style pool. Our community assistant staff coordinates monthly events to enrich each student’s life as well as develop lasting meaningful relationships with other like-minded individuals. Casino Nights, Pool Parties and Basketball Tournaments have all been popular favorites.
