This place is literally hell. My husband and I lived here for almost a year and it was a nightmare. The upstairs neighbor (who still lives there) was super loud and would never turn on the heat (we were in the basement so it was FREEZING). We found 15+ spiders in our bathroom one day and got the place sprayed. It worked for the most part but we still ended up finding lots of spiders. The place was old and dirty. It is advertised as a 2 bedroom, but there is no living room, so we used the second bedroom as a living room. The landlord was nice but advertised the utilities almost $100 cheaper. DO NOT LIVE HERE! I rented from summer 10 through spring 11. ...
