Nicest apartment I have lived in while going to BYU!! Only downside is parking and wifi (both of which are problems everywhere I have lived). Wired internet was great and I always had great speeds as promised. My advise, plug in computer to internet whenever possible to avoid slow wifi speeds and buy a good quality router ($150+). I love it here at Crown Apartments. Management is really friendly and maintenance issues were always taken care of within a day or two and sometimes the same day. My experience at Crown Apartments was not great. There are a few reasons why I would not recommend to live here. One is that the internet is horrible. I pay $12 a month for crappy internet and buying a router does not fix the problem because you are still using their internet. Parking is a nightmare. There isn't enough spots here and random people also park in the parking lot and the cars never get towed. The bedrooms are really small. For a shared room I find it really cramped and there isn't enough space or storage. The kitchen is alright, but there is not enough space in the fridge for 6 girls. Lastly, the ward. I know Crown has nothing to do with the ward, but I didn't like it. I didn't feel like it was social enough environment for me. I rented from summer 2015 through winter 2016. ...

Crown is my favorite place of the places I've lived in Provo so far. I don't have a car yet, so it was really important to me to be super close to campus. The kitchen is really beautiful and the living room is big. I don't love how small the bedrooms are, but I had an awesome roommate so we made it work! Great apartment. The location is awesome, I could get to the south end of campus in five minutes or less. The apartment itself is all girls so it's not super social but you are in a ward with guys from Liberty Square so that aspect is social. The internet is HORRIBLE. That is the only downer. I have absolutely loved living at the Crown! It is a perfect distance from BYU making the commute every morning short. The guys in your ward come from Liberty square so you basically get to use all of their amenities without having to pay the crazy Liberty Square rates. Management is so easy to work with and so nice. Crown is a great price and a great location. Parking and laundry are somewhat difficult but the newly renovated and spacious apartment makes up for those downsides. I rented from fall 2015 through fall 2015.

Crown apartments compared to other apartments around Provo is really great. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to move. There is plenty of storage and I like the feeling of living in an upgraded apartment. Management is so nice and will take care of your needs quick and hassle free. Maintenance is also really great as well. However, I have gone through some issues living here. The internet is a headache. It is so slow and honestly will not work sometimes. I have gone to the point where I have bought a router but it still doesn't make the internet faster because I'm using the internet form the apartment. Parking is also a nightmare in the evenings. There are not enough spots for the amount of girls that live here and sometimes there won't be a spot open. Overall, the experience is great. Love the management, very responsive, fix things promptly. The apartments are newly renovated and have very practical storage/organization (drawers under the beds, space-efficient closets, enough bathroom drawers and cabinets for every tenant). I wish I would've gotten the year round contract, because it is cheaper and totally worth it. This is the first time I've actually felt respected by the managers and they actually are patient with me. The location is super close to campus, I love the ward, and it is SO nice in the apartments! I thought the pictures of the place were a joke until I actually toured it and saw that it really had been redone and was in very good condition. I definitely recommend living here!
