The greatest ward I have ever been in! I still miss it and visit occasionally. The apartment was nice and the landlords very helpful. I lived in apt. 11 which is privately owned and one of the nicest apartments. There was always something fun going on - especially during the summer. I loved it and highly recommend! ...

I loved living at the Devonshire. It's the best kept secret in off-campus housing. I lived here for 2 years (Fall 2012-Winter 2014) and would definitely recommend it. Lots of room, two bathrooms per four person apartment, washer and dryer, close to campus, close to the Provo Library, close to a lot of social activities, and the ward consistently attracts really cool and friendly people. Parking isn't great, but there is the Provo library parking nearby and a Y lot down the street. I rented from fall 10 through winter 11. ...

I have lived in the Dev for 2 years and it is honestly one of the hidden secrets of provo. It's only 2 blocks from campus and close to places to hangout and go out to eat. The ward is the BEST! Somehow to Dev always attracts cool, normal people! The ward is hands down the best I've been in at BYU and the age range is varied from 19-25. Apartments vary but mine was standard. I rented through aspen ridge and they were okay about responding to repair complaints. Unfortunately I just didn't like them that much! Rent and electricity is not that expensive either. about $15-20 a month. Loved this place. Please live here. You will not regret it! AND parking is FREE!! the spots aren't abnormally small like some places I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...

I will never live here. The apartment parking is terrible and I was booted while looking at an apartment to rent. I was there for 5 minutes. Not only was I booted but the company who booted me was rude and very unprofessional. I don't know about you but I want my friends to be able to come visit me without getting booted. ...

I loved the Dev! Amazing ward with tons of cute girls and cool dudes. I thought it was great to have a private room at such a great price so close to campus as well. They also gave us brand new couches and a brand new vacuum, simply because our others were old! Cleaning checks were super easy to pass, I seriously loved the place! I rented from fall 10 through summer '09. ...

This complex has both shared and private bedroom units. I lived in a Stone Property private unit, so my experience is a bit different than others. The ward and building could at best be described as average. There was nothing that stood out making the Dev a great deal or exciting place to live. The shared rooms are a deal, however the private rooms are a RIP OFF. They charged $325 for a closet sized room. Stone Properties was the worst landlord I have had my entire time in Provo, took weeks to fix broken heater, and took all of the deposits for damage they created when moving furniture in. There are much better deals for a single room just over $300 dollars, south of campus. I rented from fall '03 through summer '04. ...
