We lived here for over a year in 2013-14. You can't beat how close it is to campus, and our ward is fantastic-we've made great friends in Inca Villa. The big downside is the middle floor can hear everything above like footsteps, voices, and yes married activities), so on the top floor you're being heard. If you live here live in the bottom-it's cement between. Also, between contracts the complex got bought out, and the new landlord is difficult to deal with. They significantly raised rent and have only gotten new windows. One apt on the top floor got completely remodeled (tile, added a dishwasher, brand new cabinets and carpet, etc), meaning the rest of the complex is paying the same price as that couple. Knowing what I know now, we wouldn't have signed for another year here. I rented from fall 10 through fall 11. ...

For the price and location you cannot beat this apartment complex. The apartments are getting old, but are still decent for married housing in Provo. For married life, the social aspect of living here is good. All of the couples in the complex are open to hanging out for games, dinners, bbq's, etc. The Landlords/on-site managers are great. Parking is kind of the main issue with most people. The towing company is quite strict and prompt, but if you use the passes, you shouldn't have any problems at all. This is coming from an outsider's perspective. My friend came over to pick me up from Inca Village. She came inside for literally eight minutes, came out, and found that her car was towed. She ended up having to pay 210 dollars and all of us now have a bitter taste of what the management does to our friends. The whole ordeal from when my friend parked her car in Inca Villa, to picking up the car from the towing company was about 30 minutes. Seriously, is Inca village so paranoid about parking that they can't give any leeway to their tenant's friends? ...

Married housing. It was good for a first apartment because it was cheap and close to BYU, but the complex is old and really needs renovations. Small kitchen, large but weird-shaped bedroom, AC unit in bedroom window and overhead fan in the front room. No disposal which we hated. We were scared to run the heater during the winter because we were afraid the place would catch on fire, so we used a space heater instead. Hideous (broken) curtains. Manager was slow to fix things and seemed reluctant to help us out. But at least it had free cable. And it seems like a lot of cheap married housing are dumps. One parking spot per apartment. I rented from fall '04 through winter '05. ...
