Good - Location, parking more than managable. Huge apartments. Washer and Dryer, Big bedroom. Walk in closet etc... Bad- Social life nonexistent. MUST HAVE FRIENDS ELSEWHERE I rented from fall 11 through fall 11.

Great place to live, close to campus and the living rooms are the biggest i've seen. Shared bedrooms however one of them is big with it's own bathroom, balcony, and walk-in closet. Very pleased. Oh, and it has a washer and dryer. I rented from fall '07 through winter '08. ...

Great place, if you are looking for an apt close enough to walk to campus, and you want to share a bedroom. The living rooms and kitchens are huge. Jamestown has the most spacious apartments in Condo Row. I rented from fall '05 through summer '07.
