Found a dead rat in the closet. Dogs barking all day and all night. They didn’t change the air ducts when we moved in and it will always smell like wet dog in your apartment even if you don’t own dogs

Completely unsatisfied! Do not move here!! We only chose this place because it was the cheapest place in Provo to live with a dog. Poop everywhere. Pretty sure we're the only people in the whole complex that picks up after our dog. They don't have garbages our for cigarette butts so tenants just leave them in the grass. My new puppy got sick from eating them off the ground. AC is crap. It's a swamp cooler that you share with 3 other units and it's not even cold. Carpet was not new when we moved in and reeked of piss. I had to clean up cat vomit off the floor when we first moved in. Kitchen area is ridiculously tiny. No dishwasher and a small counter space that can barely hold a cutting board. There were so many things wrong when we first moved in: the disposal was broken, the bathroom sink leaked, there were no smoke alarms, the thermostat cover was missing, blinds were broken, there were rips in the “wood flooring” and carpet looked like crap. They did not have a maintenance man when we moved in so it took 3 weeks for them to fix anything! When they finally did they came unprepared for the job and asked if they could use my dishes to hold the water that would drip from the sink as they fixed it! The other people who live here are sketch. They yell and cuss, they don't clean up after themselves and do drugs. I could seriously write a book about all the reasons NOT to live here. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I rented from fall 2017 through spring 2018. ...

It's a dog shit lined birdhouse. Contract is 3 inches thick. Designed to take money from young adults and trusting people. 60 day notice required to leave. They can take you to court, sue you...and you will lpay for their attorney fees. It is in the contract. Beware. I rented from summer '04 through winter 11. ...

This place is a dump! you can hear everything, nothing works, they lie to you, they over charge, you get charged for things you didnt do/dont have, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ITS FOR YOUR OWN GOOD! I rented from summer 11 through summer 11.

Not worth paying $850/mo (including utilites) for a 400 sq foot apt. We only moved here because it was the most affordable place in Provo that allowed pets. When we moved in there were carpet stains, acrylic nails in the drains, and used floss and combs under the sink... DIRTY. Everyone has dogs which means there is poop everywhere. Hopefully your neighbor picks up after their pup(s). Ours didn't. A lot of smokers. Paper thin walls and of course my neighbor loved curry but sadly, I didn't. No way of keeping the smell of other's apartments out. Staff is very friendly. We are so happy to be moving. I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...

This was the worst mistake we ever made. They allow pets which is cool at first, until you can't sleep because of all the barking! And the poop is everywhere. The apartments themselves are super small--no counter space and no closet space. The a/c is just a swamp cooler that you have no control over, and it isn't even cold. The people are creepy + walls being thin = no fun. And the management is a joke. They always charged so much for stupid little things.--our utilities made rent added $100 or more to rent every month! We had to pay for cable and didn't even want it! They violated our contract when we moved out and sold our apartment to someone while we were still paying rent on it, but still charged us to clean up the place and throw our stuff away. We hate this place and would never recommend it to our worst enemy. STAY AWAY. ...

Lies all lies. Not worth the hassle to live here. Snowy parking lot in winter rarely plowed. They charge more than they post for the rent. They add parking fees, cable (even if you didn't want it), It smells and the atmosphere is terrible. Lock your doors! Most of the people that live here don't pay full rent. Slow to react to complaints. Fees increased rent by over $100. I rented from winter '09 through summer '09. ...

No Air cond, just swamps that you have no control over, no washer/dryer hook ups just a poorly kept laundry that is hard and dangerous to get to with a full laundry basket, old units, teeny kitchen, my scooter is bigger than my kitchen, no microwave or dishwashers, and the noise is unbelievable. Maint does not know how to fix anything and they actually tell you they don't know, the office on the other hand thinks it knows everything, so why do they never follow through if they are sooooooo knowledgeable. Oh! Must be because they are NEVER here! Who hires these guys? This must be an out of state owner situation because no owner would tolerate what goes on up here. The 1 bedroom apartments are ok, but pretty small. The 2 bedrooms are much nicer but about 100 more. The office people are really all talk and no action. The complex is pretty old in general, but the view is nice if you get a good apartment. Most the people that live there are older and not college students.
