Monaco Court was our first married apartment and we honestly could not have asked for anything better. We were constantly impressed at how easy it was to work with our management and how much the owner was willing to help. Whenever we needed maintenance
to come look at something, they were there that day within a couple of hours and didn't just junk-fix it up. They gave us a new water heater and a new dishwasher in the short amount of time we lived here. Storage space is ample and the apartment was very clean when we got it. Move-out clean-ups are a little intense but that's what makes this apartment complex looking so good. We were always grateful that we had moved to Monaco instead of Heritage Courts. Our friends in Heritage were always trying to get out of there... Best apartments! I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.

We've lived here at Monaco Court for about 6 months now and we really like it. First off, management is great. The owners are very kind and accommodating. The one time we had a maintenance issue our manager and maintenance worker were quick in responding
and resolving our issue. When we were moving in a lot of the residents offered to help. As compared to other apartments we've lived in, I'd say the pluses are: friendly neighbors, plenty of storage space, pretty good soundproofing, convenient laundry, and fair pricing.

We loved living at Monaco Court Apartments. The grounds were always kept clean, the apartments kept nice and new, the managers were great and we loved the married ward. We recommend this place to all newlyweds!

Pretty good for newly married, but rather small (600 sq. feet). A lot of the other tenants seemed really stuck up, though. This was esp. annoying when you'd go to get your laundry out of the washer and someone had already taken it out and put it on the
dirty counter, even though it had only been done for 10 minutes at most. Also, even though they have assigned spots (1 per apartment) with the apartment number, we'd have people parking in our spot all the time (friends of other tenants who were too lazy to park on the street). Then they'd get mad at us for asking them to move (what they'd rather we had them towed?). Location was okay because the bus stop is really close and is a 10 minute ride to campus (and we lived there when you got free bus passes). Family ward we went to was great and had great people in it. And it was nice having a coin-op laundry room on site. We also had new carpet put in while we were there. Maintenance was okay, but we kept telling them we thought there was leaking under the sink. They never really looked. When we left, there was a huge amount of water damage down there--not sure if they ever fixed that. The kitchen was pretty nice, though open to the living room (so you couldn't hide a mess). Also, the pantry was nice and large, but the shelves only had small pegs to hold them up and so they couldn't hold a lot of weight. Would've been nice to have stronger pegs. A lot of people shared high speed internet with their neighbors. This was really nice because when you split the cost, it is only like $10 a month.

Married student housing. Owned by a general authority. Some of the best I have seen for the price. The location is pretty far from campus... but it isn't bad if you have a car. Bus stops right in front. Great place for newlyweds for sure
