Very small apartmentβ¦adequate for first being married, but quickly realized we could get more bang for our buck at wymount and moved after about 6 months. Car scratched in the winter attempted to get out of the steep parking garage exit that was covered
in snow. Car could not keep traction and slid down into the wall.

After one month of living here, neither I nor my husband could stand it any longer. Our landlady knew about some serious health hazards long before we moved in (which we discovered after already moving in) but couldn't be bothered to do anything. The
windows were barely attached to the walls, so our inside temp quickly matched the hot summer air outside as soon as we turned off the AC. Granted, each unit is owned by different people, so this hopefully won't be the same in each apartment. But the noise that comes from living off 9th east was almost unbearable. Motorcycles roared by at all hours of the night, and the parking is directly underneath the units and the lot is completely made out of concrete, so the noise that always came with the garbage man coming (the dumpster is surrounded by the concrete near the cars) was horrific and kept me awake from 6:00 am on, especially since it's followed by the extremely early-morning lawn care. Speaking of the parking lot, it's extremely tight and because someone parked only slightly on the line, I scratched my brand new car on the concrete support beam.
I rented from spring 2020 through spring 2020.

My husband and I loved living here. The condos are all individually owned, so some are nicer than others. The location was fantastic. We lived in a one bedroom apartment, which was pretty small. The storage units in the parking garages made the lack of
space manageable. Our apartment was in mediocre condition when we moved in because it was owned by Aspen Ridge Management. Some of the privately owned apartments have nice hardwood floors and new appliances. We never had an issue with parking. Each apartment has 1-2 parking spots. There is always parking on 820 N, our friends never had to walk more than 100 feet from a parking spot to the apartment. We rented from 2014-2015
I rented from fall 10 through summer 11.

My landlord was great. Enough Parking for a married couple as long as you don't have like 3 cars! AC worked great. Stayed cold cuz the place is small. Studio apartments are though.
I rented from fall '07 through winter '08.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Our AC was broke for the entire month of July. There is not enough parking and not any street any parking. Guests have to park pretty far away. The apartments are very small with no storage space. Our landlords
were horrible.
