We LOVED living at Parkside, even though it is right on state street. The apartment manager is great to work with, and very on top of things. You have one assigned parking stall, so you only have a problem with parking if you have more than one car, which if you do can be a HUGE problem, because there are only five or six unassigned parking stalls so everything else is on the street. But parking on State is only four hour parking, so you've got ot park in the neighborhood next to it, if you can find it. I rented from spring '07 through winter '08. ...
