Black mold and wild mushrooms (not a joke) have been growing in my apartment for over a year now. Repeated requests for maintenance have not been taken seriously by the management (i.e. the problem is still not fixed). The management is uncaring, unaccommodating, and unbelievably condescending. This place looks really nice, but the price is ridiculous. Maintenance sucks (they've had to come back 3 times to fix our garbage disposal) and they don't do ANYTHING about noisy neighbors.
