The cleaning checks are absolutely insane. They occur twice a month and they are ridiculously strict. They even check your bedrooms. I was charged a $5 fee for not making my bed. That being said, they are quick to respond to maintenance orders (though they don't actually fix the problem very often...), and they regularly maintain the facade of the buildings. ...

Prices are fantastic, management is fantastic. We put in work orders and the repair guys often show up the very same day. Utilities were $80-90 for the entirety of fall semester. Not the most social place, but I'm not the most social person. Girls only apartment, so maybe that's why -- the guys live far away and so there's less mingling. Ward is with Condo Row, great ward. If you don't mind being with 6 girls in not too big of an apt, then Regency is great. It is cheap the landlords are great and I found it to be very social. I rented from spring 10 through winter 11.

Good complex to live in, but very small bedrooms. Six girls per apartment. There are three LDS wards for the complex, but since it is all girls there are a few other guys complexes that are included in the wards. But because of that, there are way more girls than guys. Management is wonderful! They fix things quickly and bring treats for various holidays (Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day and Easter). The apartments are a good size and the appliances are pretty nice. There are two bathrooms with a communal vanity in the middle. There is also a back walk-in pantry with a good sized freezer for extra storage! If your stuff doesn't fit in the apartment, you can use one of the lockers in the basement of the first building. The pool is pretty nice- great for hot days. Each tenant has their own desk with extra storage in it. Despite the fact that this is an all girl complex, I love it! I couldn't have asked for better management or location! Utilities were typically $15. I signed a contract for next year- proof that this place is great! you can not always get a spot and the landlords never seem to care but its super close to campus. no boys live there so you have to be out going to go see them and get boys who are your firends I rented from fall '04 through winter '05.

Management isn't great, but the apartments are nice, cheap, and close to campus. The wards are wonderful. I rented from fall '05 through fall '07.
