Utilities are not included and are expensive because it gets so hot in the summer. Rent is high for a place that's not very nice. Super small kitchen. Would not rent here again I rented from summer 2017 through fall 2017.

Price is going up for mysterious reasons every new contract. Rooms are small and only one room has a decent closet. Nice kitchen but small so if two people were cooking at the same time it was a but frustrating. Perks were washer & dryer and great location. The ward is full of good people buy it's a bit too reliant on facebook, so if you never check the ward page you never know what's going on. Management was okay: if there was a problem they would come fix it but sometimes it would take a couple days. For example, we needed our dishwasher fixed and they ended up just replacing it but the whole process took a couple weeks. Basically pay a lot for a small place, but it was fun, so whatever matters to you, I guess. I rented from fall 2015 through fall 2016. ...

Individually owned units, so it's hard to tell what management will be like. I rented from fall '02 through winter '03.
