All the condos are owned by individual owners or companies, so everyone's experiences are going to be different, but mine was great! Beautiful, newly furnished condo, great carpet, new kitchen, and a washer and dryer are in the unit! It was a bit set apart from the rest of busy Provo, but is also SO close to everything; Macy's, DI, Dollar Store, and tons of restaurant options. The outside was well maintained and looked great. The ward was amazing and everyone was super nice. 10/10 all the way around. One downside was the parking; there were only two spaces for three girls. The master bedroom owned the covered space and the other two of us girls had to share the remaining one, but we usally were able to find a close spot down the road somewhere. One of the only places in Provo to check and tow visitors who stay longer than the guest spots allow. Unresponsive, inconsiderate management. I rented from fall 2015 through fall 2015.

This is the worst place to live. I got ripped off by the girl selling her contract she secretly still lived in the next room and management are greedy and don't know what's happening but keep all your money and try to get more. I rented from winter 11 through winter 11. ...

Only two spaces for parking when three people live in the apartment. New management company decent. My apartment desparately needed new carpet and the matresses were super old. They're alright. Nothing amazing though.

Very bad location!! I was on the lowest floor, and I had a peeping tom - girls beware!!!! Nice apts., but not worth it because of the location! (Not mcuh around you - kind of an isolated place for a complex) The ward is ok. It's spread out with many other complexes so it's harder socialy. I rented from winter '08 through winter '08. ...

I wouldn't live here again because of the property managers even though it is a nice place. Watch out for Aspen Ridge Management. They will tell you something is a fact when they actually have no idea what they're talking about. You can't trust their answers. Beware. ...
