My group of friends moved in here in Spring & Fall of 2013 and we are still here. We just resigned for another full year. There are tons of bad reviews floating around, but I have no idea what those people are talking about, and I feel like a lot of those woes are self-inflicted and over-exaggerated. All the apartments I have seen and been in have been great, with plenty of available space. The difference was always the upkeep of the apartment by its tenants. Every apartment (just like any apartment anywhere) has the capacity to look awesome with some common-sense care. If you put forth the effort to keep the place clean and decorate it a bit, you'll love it. My group was planning on moving somewhere else for the sake of being "in the middle of things", but ended up re-signing here because the value of what you get for the price is unbeatable. We could not find anything comparable to what we have for the price we pay. The ward is a blast- they provide plenty of fun stuff to do. 6-man apartments still have two fridges, and two couches are included (the quality of which vary- there are some nice brown couches in some and some old plaid ones in others). It takes me five minutes by bike to get to the JKB and be parked. If you love sporting events, the location is awesome. It's a 7-minute walk to the Mariott Center, and the stadium is obviously right there. To be fair, here are my only issues so far, some of which change depending on tenants. 1) Noise- outside noise is not an issue, but if you live on the bottom two floors, you will likely hear the people walking above you. So, don't live beneath people with an affinity for wrestling or weightlifting in their apartments :). 2) At the time, laundry costs $1.25 to wash and $1.00 to dry. Compared to other places I've seen and been to, that's a little more than usual. 3) The clubhouse closes at 10:00 PM. If you're willing to be creative and initiate your own social activities rather than rely on others to do it for you, you'll love it here. MOVE IN! We were initially leery like you may be, but we are SO glad we did. I rented from spring 10 through winter 11. ...

This was the first place I lived after leaving home. The management was pretty good. It took a while to get used to the lack of privacy in the bathrooms. It was nice that there was a doorway separating the bedroom hallway and the living room. Cleaning checks were rough at times-- at one point it was just me and a roommate living in the apartment. When the cleaning checkers came around they told me that we had too much food in our apartment for just two people, and that we had to get rid of it. I explained that the food belonged to both me and my roommate, and that it wasn't left over from older tenants (none of it was spoiled or anything). The lady insisted that she would not pass us until we got rid of about half of that food. I ended up taking 3 trips to my car to store my roommate's food in my trunk until the cleaning folks left. It was the weirdest thing I had ever heard. Apparently she had done similarly odd things to other residents during cleaning checks. Other than that, the residents were great, and maintenance was pretty quick. You get the quality that you pay for here, but it is a great place if you are looking to save money. I rented from summer '07 through summer '07. ...

This place is very inexpensive, but incredibly cheap in quality and standard of living. Granted, the condos have alot of space and 2 fridges (nice touch for 6 people), but the bathrooms look like a public bathroom with stalls and the places tend to be older and more run-down. Cleaning checks are terribly unfair, occur at the worst times (usually around midterms, concerts, and finals) and are only for making more money off tenants. Church+school are both far away so not bad if you have cars, but ends up adding to the cost. I think you could find a better place than this to make your semesters at BYU happier! I rented from fall 11 through fall 11. ...

This place is low-quality living. You get what you pay for, and here is probably one of the most inexpensive places to live. Be aware of cleaning checks....they are ridiculous, random, and the only purpose is to earn money of the tenants, not provide an unbiased estimator as to how clean your apartment should be. There are plenty of other places around BYU where you dont have to deal with cleaning checks, just look around elsewhere! I rented from fall 11 through fall 11. ...

I love it at Stadium Terrace! It has a very social, welcoming environment. There are two wards, and the one I was in was great. The bathrooms in the girls' apartments are huge, and there are two refrigerators for a 6 person apartment. The management is very helpful, and maintenance is generally very quick. The only thing I have reservations about is cleaning checks; they are rather inconsistent, but I think it is worth it nonetheless. I rented from fall 10 through winter 11. ...

Management is great! The maintenance crew is great about getting this resolved quickly. Stadium Terrace tends to be pretty diverse because of it's close location to the ELC. I have found it generally a nice quite place to live and study. I rented from spring 10 through fall 10. ...

The remodled apartments are nice (with little storage) and the older ones are a little run down, but still functional and cheap. i never had a problem with parking. The social life is pretty good though there seem to be more weirdos and forigners then usual. The ward at least used to be pretty pld which was nice if you're old too (i'm not sure its still true) I rented from fall '06 through winter '08. ...

I origially didn't want to live here because it was ugly. I was talked into it by the person I was dating and I am sooo happy to have lived here. Great management, great tennants. Some of the guys apartments (Northern) were re-done and looked much better! 3 for quality- ugly, but everything still worked well, dishwasher, plumbing ,phone etc.) 4 location- about 15-20 minute walk and some noisy motorcycles go by, but it was a beautiful walk! and right accross the street from where we had institute. Close to a soccer field and Wyview Creamery. I rented from winter '04 through summer '05. ...

Worst apartment I have ever stayed in. The parking is terrible. My car radio got stolen twice, a tow truck towed my car away, and there is never any space to park.

I really liked this place, mostly because of the people who lived there, but also because the management always tried to come up with some incentives to save us a few bucks. They had parties for us, the clubhouse has a table tennis table, VCR, TV, stereo, there is an outdoor pool, two fridges per apartment, and a large bathroom with two toilets and three sinks. It really was the best place I lived at as a single woman. I rented from winter '03 through fall '03. ...
