This house is pretty beat up and probably not up to code. There are six girls, 2 shared rooms 2 single, and 2 bathrooms, one up and one downstairs. The landlord is a tad crazy, and you have to hound her to get things done right. She will bring in people to "fix" things, but I think they were contacted via the homeless shelter, so things often have to be fixed multiple times before they are done right. There are A/C boxes in the bedrooms, which is nice, but the main rooms get VERY hot in the summer. No matter how you scrub some places are just going to be dirty forever. It's that old, baked in grime that will never leave. There's no dishwasher or even a garbage disposal, so be careful with that. On the up side, it's super close to campus and in a great location. The ward is fun and close, despite everyone living in houses. I lived here for three years and they were fun, but it's just a busted up college house. I wouldn't live there unless you are going to school or are younger. Check it out, it's old and tired, but if you're ok with that, enjoy! I rented from fall '08 through winter 11. ...
