I lived in the Windsor Park #320. My Landlord was Lorella Muniz. She is really good and very nice to work with. She helped me to sell my contract. My suggestion make sure you park in your assigned parking space, because the Windsor Park HOA in charge of the parking will tow your car. Each unit has only two parking spaces assigned. This is the worst place I have ever lived. The landlady (Lorella) lied to me on several occasions. Even though the apartment supposedly passed cleaning inspection, there were dried boogers on the wall of my bedroom and there is huge swaths of mold growing in the bathroom. I was towed and my friend was booted without warning. I would not live here again if it were free. Maybe the other apartments are nicer, but if your landlady is Lorella, RUN SCREAMING IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. ...

I actually had the private suite in Windsor #231, which was twice as large as the 2 other private rooms in the apartment, and it also had its own full bathroom attached. A closet almost large enough to be a walk-in, and private vanity as well. New management started in January of 2009, and the guy does great. Always making sure we're taken care of and gives plenty of notice for cleaning checks every two months. The apartment is right next to all of the restaurants on Bulldog Avenue and just a few blocks away from Macy's grocery store. I nearly didn't even have to drive my car to get anywhere (school, shopping). There's two parking spots available, so if everyone drives one has to find somewhere else to park. There's a washer and dryer right in the apartment as well, no worries about carrying your dirty laundry up and down stairs, especially in the winter. I rented from fall '08 through winter '09. ...

Two words...Del Taco. Nuf said. They are nice apartments and had iProvo internet which was lightning fast. It also had indoor washer and dryer. However, parking was bad. If you are the third person in an apartment, you either pay a butt-load of money to Del Taco for a space, or you get towed every night. I rented from spring '06 through summer '06. ...
