Maintenance was a joke. It took FOREVER to get them to do anything. A few months before my lease was up I told management that the apartment above me's water was leaking. This led to mildew and mold all over my ceilings. Not to mention I was afraid the ceiling was going to cave it. I had to rearrange furniture and everything to try and get as much as I could out from under the mold and mildew, because I did not want anything damaged. They told me they wouldn't fix it until my lease was up. Because they were lazy I had to deal with worsening mold, and the smell, for over 3 months. My doctor says this could have been VERY bad for my health. Then after this they ended up deducting $65 from my deposit because they said my apartment wasn't clean. I scrubbed every inch of that place. After the worst customer service ever they have the audacity to STEAL $65 of my deposit, probably to try and pay for part of the mold problem because their plumbing SUCKS. Hot water was a joke. If you need to take a shower you have to let it run for like 10 minutes first, then if you are lucky you will get hot water. The management is the worst I have ever experienced. They don't care about anything that is going on, even if it's their fault. Nothing gets fixed. My doorbell never worked, and I couldn't have Ice Cream, because the freezer wouldn't get cold enough. Tried to get out of lease because of all the problems, especially the mold, but they keep using that lease as a defense for everything. "You can't vacate without breaking your lease, which would be a huge fee, so if you don't like how we handle maintenance and other problems you will just have to deal with it". I was fed that line over and over. Tried several times to get things fixed. Took several months to get them to get a new element for my stove, which was broken when I moved it. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Avoid this complex at all costs. They will screw you out of your deposit. You will hate being stuck here.
