Nice apartments. Not everyone here is a student. Some families. Far from campus, need USU parking pass. Way, way cheap if willing to share master room. We had 4 people (2 had own room, 2 shared big master) paying 187 each to make the 750 payment. That's cheap! Utilities are cheap too compared to some of the old ghetto student apartments I've lived in. Must furnish yourself, but that's where parents and D.I. come in! Has workout room, pool, hottub, bball hoop. Overall I liked it but not the most social place and far from campus. But nice! I rented from fall '07 through spring '09. ...
