Do not live in apartment #13. It may be cheaper than most of the other apartments in the complex but it is not worth it. The landlady is terrible. She does not keep track of what she has been paid and tried to double charge me more than once. She also did not have things fixed promptly. The dishwasher was broken when I moved in. The other apartments in the complex are not only nicer they are also bigger. The microwave and washer are ancient. Everything feels cheap. The painting was done with so little care that there are nails in the wall that were painted over. I have paid less to live closer to BYU campus in a private room than I did to share a room here. Not worth it. Aretta Gardens and Winter Quarters are way nicer. I rented from fall 2014 through winter 2015. ...

Beware VP #10 at all costs!(Especially if you are not a BYU student!) I was harrassed by the landlord which made me move out.

Loved this condo complex. The ward was great, the rooms were great! Loved having the W/D in the apartment. I rented from fall '07 through summer '08.

Awesome apartments! I've lived in a lot of single student housing in Provo and this is BY FAR the best. Management was superior and always got things fixed within 24 hours. The apartments are very clean and well kept, and include a W/D. I can't say enough about the ward, LOVED it! ...
