The manager Dawnna is mean, uncaring& a witch. She is rude to everyone. Tenants, employees. The whole office staff doesn't return emails or phone calls. They also lie I rented from winter 2019 through winter 2020.

I moved in here three months ago, and it has turned out to be the worst decision I ever made in my life. I am likely going to have to break my lease and end up with a legal and financial headache ... it is THAT bad. So if you don't want the same thing to happen to you, be warned. My experience: First and worst is the cockroaches. Everywhere in every room every day. They send a guy to spray every few weeks but it has zero effect. I saw the first one the second day I was living here and it's been at least a few a day since. I've seen pest control reminders on other doors in my hallway, so the infestation is widespread. It's not surprising there is a roach infestation, honestly. In the entire three months I've lived here they have not vacuumed or cleaned the hallways once. I've seen feces, urine and rotting food just sitting in the halls and elevators and landings for hours/days. The more you look around and notice, you see that everything is just remarkably filthy and broken-down in general. I also found out AFTER I'd moved in that there isn't really working hot water. It is never more than lukewarm and sometimes just cold, showers are uncomfortable and cleaning never feels fully clean ... and if you ask about it they tell you they are "waiting for a part to arrive." They have been telling me this for more than a month now. And ... I have some crazy person living under me who starts banging on the walls loudly in the middle of the night every now and then. (There seems to be a high percentage of unstable and criminal/rehab types as residents, the more I look around.) I am a working professional and more than once this has affected my performance on the job the next day. It's too bad you can't stay in a place a couple days to get a full picture before making a decision, because they make it seem nice when they're selling to you ... and I guess they temporarily clean up whatever they are about to show you and make it look nice ... but they are very dishonest and shady people it turns out. This is nothing but a classic ghetto slum with slumlords running the operation. Just cross it off the list now and don't even consider it. I wish someone had told ME. I rented from fall 2018 through winter 2019. ...
