Think twice before considering this place. This place is a trash. The price you pay for what you get is not worth it. These are Nano apartments with below par utensils from 50s which are not efficient at all. This apartment has ventilation problems especially in the bathrooms.The vent fan just blows it into the floor above and barely blows anything out at that. We had overflowing problems while we lived here. All they did was they gave us a plunger and told us the pipes are old and they can't do anything about it. Doesn't have in-unit laundry and the washers/dryers in common laundry barely work. You have to spend 1.5*3 =$4.5 to dry a batch of laundry. Parking here is a joke. I bought a new car and got it home at 8pm in the night. I have put up the parking tag they gave me and still they towed my vehicle at 3am the next morning because the vehicle is not registered in their database. How can i register it between 8pm-3am when your office is closed? And when asked, they said can't do anything about and I have to talk to towing company. Very unprofessional staff. The community is not gated, there are homeless people roaming around all the time. I have dashcam videos showing strangers messing around with cars during night. They market this apartment as non smoking. However, there are people smoking everywhere. Half of the residents doesn't clean their pet poop. Be sure to walk around the apartment and not the areas they take you. Beware of the move out charges. They charge you for normal wear and tear. Also, don't hire a cleaner when you're moving out. They are going to charge you for cleaning anyway ...

I got stuck in this hell hole due to financial strains. Anytime I got a raise at work the apartments raised my rent so I was never getting anywhere. The apartments are horrible and the maintnance crews do "half" work jobs. When I first moved in here it took 6 months to get them to remove 7 layers of moldy flooring in the bathroom. YES THEY LAYERED IT! Then left over a inch of a moldy gap between the flooring and the trimming on the floor which took another 6 months to get fixed. I have seen my neighbor held up at gun point, had swat teams search my apartment for people I didn't even know & reported a gang banger drop his gun in the parking lot infront of my children. The main manager accuses you of lying about who lives here because I have my friend babysit my kids here while I'm working cause I work grave yards. The club house attendants are rude and very unpleasant. I go down the street to do my laundry because of it and avoid using the pool & the gym. Neighbors are allowed to throw their cigerette butts infront of the lower level doors & you can't open your windows cause the cigerette smoke billows into the apartments. They continue to harass my babysitter by calling her (How they got his number I have no idea.) I don't allow my kids to go play at the park because a bunch of "gang bangers" live right infront of the parks gate and pick on my kids anytime they go out there. I have had to replace my tires 3 times due to screws scattered under the parking lot covers. (I have picked up atleast 5 on a weekly basis) They don't keep the BBQ's clean and are quit disgusting. The management is very poor and out to push anyone that pays thier rent out because of the bad service. I can't wait until my lease is up here. Don't waste your money on this place.. its not worth it. I rented from spring '06 through spring '08. ...
