If you want an apartment that charges you a fee for everything, makes you pay for most of others water, and are not transparent on the utility fees you are paying this is the place for you. I have lived here for 5 months and pay more for water/sewer/trash/and community area maintenance than I did in West Jordan for a 5 bedroom home. The utilities are based on how many bedrooms and people you have The more of these the more of the building's water/sewer that you pay. My bill this month is $201.75 for a 2 bedroom apartment (860 sq ft) with 2 people (one of which is my son that isn't home often since he is a teen and has a job and social life). This is ON TOP of the outrageous rent/parking/internet payment and my other utilities that I pay for (gas/electric). BE PREPARED to pay this kind of money on top of your rent if you live here. Also, the trash valet is horrible (you cannot opt out of it) and everyone's trash in the hall leaks and stinks. It's disgusting. There is also dog poop everywhere and the dog park is disgusting! Other than that the location is great to walk to Jordan Landing, but I am not sure that it is worth the price. ...
