This is such a horrible place to live, and the staff members, especially the new guys that come to service at front desk are so dumb and rude. I cleaned everything and they charged cleaning fees no matter how much you cleaned the apartment when you move out, and this is a place where you can see various people with bad habits, throwing trash just in front of your doorway!!! And once, there is a thief breaking into the mail room and stole all of things! The office ignored the packages that we lost, but asked us to call and ask for refund by ourselves. I don't know why this place could be such a disguting place that is located in downtown and ruin people's lives, and charge a lot of extra fees, so many fees. They just can't wait to see your money flow into their pockets. I waited for a parking slot for half year but still no message from them, I have to park two blocks away everyday. The neighborhoods are noisy and so disrespectful, no wonder a sucking place have sucking people all over! I rented from fall 2018 through spring 2019. ...
