HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! HORRIBLE A/C! I have lived here for many years, under multiple owners & property management companies and the current is the worst! Rent increases of $100 or more every 12 months. The air conditioner blows out 80 degree air and maintenance thinks the system is "working fine". Parking spaces were set ridiculously narrow (not code), which increases dents and other damage exponentially. Washers are 'Ultra Efficient, Low Water' , which means high stink and low cleaning. Most of my neighbors wash their clothes at a local laundry. Security doors often don't work and are left for more than a year before remedied. All my neighbors are great, but many of them have had issues with loud or problem neighbors, and have reported receiving lip service only from the management. In short, you don't need the problems this worthless, dilapidated, money vacuum has. I spent one weekend with my son looking at other apartments and wanted to kick myself in the butt for not doing this years ago. We found a wonderful place not far away with MUCH BETTER amenities and lower rent. I rented from spring 2004 through spring 2018. ...

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! HORRIBLE MANAGMENT!! We moved in and were told we signed a year lease. 11 months of that lease came and went and before we know it we get a phone call from management saying that our lease was up the previous day.. Without any warning whatsoever. They lied to us about our year lease catching us off guard and then hit us with a ridiculous month to month fee for the last month we lived there. Then we finally move out and leave the place absolutely spotless, hiring a cleaning service and everything, it honestly looked better on the way out then when we moved in. A few weeks later, after we had moved out, we get another $300 worth of fees for supposed "cleaning costs" and "damages" that were nonexistent. These people are nothing but money suckers and will do anything to get every penny out of you. Me and my roommate are college kids who don't have a lot of money and would NOT recommend living here if you want any money left in your bank account. Absolutely ridiculous!! I rented from winter 2016 through winter 2017. ...
